1. What time is check-in and check-out?
At Hotel Mondragon, you are welcome at any time. The hotel room is available from 15:00, but we always aim for earlier. Before the room is available you can already use the facilities.
2. Where can we park?
Hotel Mondragon has a secure car park, reservations are required. The cost is € 19.50 per night per car. We also have electric charging stations, you can use these with your own charging card.
Public parking spaces nearby:
Mosselboomgaard
Address: Touwbaan 2, Zierikzee. Paid parking during the day.
Havenpoort P1
Address: Groene Weegje, Zierikzee. Free parking, seven minutes walking distance.
Please note the parking bays at the Oude Haven are for permit holders only.
3. Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed in our Club Terrace rooms. There is a surcharge of EUR 15 per night. Dogs are not allowed in restaurant Cristó.
4. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is a lift to the first and second floors, and the hotel also has two disabled rooms.
5. Is there a locked bicycle storage?
Bicycles can be safely stored in our car park.
6. At what time can we have breakfast?
Breakfast is available daily from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
7. How many guests can stay in one room?
We can accommodate 1 to 3 adults per hotel room, depending on the room type. Contact us to find the perfect room for you!
8. Can I choose between a king-size bed or two twin beds?
Our Club rooms and Club Terrace rooms have Twin beds or King-size beds. We will do our best to accommodate your preference. Please note that we cannot guarantee it. The other room types all have King-size beds.
